Returns Policy

 We hope you love your purchases from us, however should you need to make a return, please see our full returns policy below.

We are happy to accept products returned to us in original condition within 28 days of purchase, items returned after this will NOT be accepted. We do NOT cover return postage costs for unwanted items, it is therefore your responsibility to pay for a suitable return postage, ensuring this will arrive within the 28 days. We advise using a tracked and signed service and keeping your proof of postage/tracking until you have received your refund.

Before sending your return to us, please read carefully and ensure your item meets our policy. Please do NOT send your return back to us if it does not meet our policy. 

CREDIT NOTE ONLY FOR RETURNED ITEMS

- All items MUST be packaged securely, ensure you contain your name, order number and date purchased in your return. If there is no identification inside the parcel, we cannot take this further and this may result in not receiving your refund. 

- All items MUST be returned within 28 days for a refund, this time frame starts on the delivery date of your postage order and for collection orders, this time frame starts when your order is ready for collection, not when collected, please bare this in mind. 

- All items MUST be returned by a tracked delivery method. FF Boutique Ltd trading as Fashion Fiesta will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post and may reject your refund.

- ALL items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, however we always aim to issue credit at our earliest convenience. 

A full inspection will be carried out upon receipt of all returns. 

Please ensure you keep your tracking number for your return to ensure that the parcel has been delivered to us. We are unable to confirm the delivery status prior to refund.

FF Boutuique LTD Trading as Fashion Fiesta reserves the right to reject items returned after the return period or which are not in original condition.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned,

- Branded products (such as BOOHOO / PLT / ISIF etc)

- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)

- FF Fragrance Items

- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

- Swimwear

- Online Exclusives - these are ordered in specifically at your request and are not stocked in store.

- Sale items  

- Gift cards

 

REASONS YOUR ITEM WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED: 

- Make up, fake tan, deodorant or moisturiser marks/stains. 

- Significant signs of wear - the item may be out of shape or marked.

- Tags are no longer attached 

- The item is scented with odour - this includes bodily odour, deodorant and perfume 

- We suspect the item has been washed or tampered with

-The item is damaged in any way which is not a fault - i.e torn


WHEN TRYING ON ITEMS: 

When you are trying an item you may need to return, please ensure you are not wearing make up, fake tan or anything else which may mark or stain the item. Please handle with care ensuring the item is not damaged in any way. After reading our policy, please ensure your item meets our requirements before returning. 


FAULTY/DAMAGED

If items turn out to be faulty, customers have up to 28 days after receiving the order to obtain a full refund. We will not be held liable for any faults caused by negligence by customers for example, but not limited to, pulls, general wear and tear, loss of buttons and any fault caused by not following care instructions. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

For any faulty items, we require photographic evidence immediately on delivery clearly showing the fault. Please send these photos via email info@fashionfiestaclothing.co.uk.

If your order does arrive damaged, incorrect item, or any other issue, please contact us to arrange a returns label. The returned item will be inspected and if the item is deemed to be no fault of our own, a postage charge will be deducted from your credit to cover the return postage amount.

If you are local, please drop your return during collection times at the above address, where you collected the original order from.

Please do not push any packages through the letterbox. 

Please ensure the package is sealed & not open, your name is inside the parcel with your order number, and any relevant contact information.

If this is NOT inside your parcel, you may not receive your refund. 

You do NOT need to inform us of your return, but please only send your items back if they align with our policy.

We aim to issue all refunds, credits & exchanges within 14 business days.
